- Project Management: Plan and oversee small to medium-scale projects, ensuring key milestones are met and client expectations are delivered.
- Site Investigations: Organise and coordinate intrusive site investigations, environmental monitoring, and geotechnical assessments.
- Data Analysis: Interpret chemical and geotechnical testing results to assess risks and provide technical recommendations.
- Technical Reporting: Prepare clear, structured reports with practical recommendations for clients.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain an understanding of geo-environmental and geotechnical legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and best practices during all site and office-based activities.
- Mentoring & Development: Support junior staff, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing to aid their professional growth.
- A degree in a relevant subject (Geo-Environmental, Geology, Earth Science, Civil Engineering, or similar).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a consultancy environment.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret geotechnical and environmental data.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Project management experience, including coordinating fieldwork and liaising with clients.
- A full UK driving licence.
- Flexibility to travel and occasionally work outside standard hours.
