- Overseeing the delivery of creative, digital, and technical projects - ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
- Collaborating with internal teams to align client objectives with creative and production capabilities
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, presenting strategic solutions to client challenges
- Managing account budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency
- Preparing proposals, presentations, and reporting - clearly communicating project impact and business value
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client market movements
- Ensuring all client-facing communications reflect the company’s standards, values, and strategic direction
- Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar within a creative, marketing, or digital agency
- Proven success in managing and growing client accounts with a strong track record of client satisfaction and revenue growth
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire trust across all levels
- Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Financial understanding, including managing budgets, reporting, and resource planning
- Good understanding of the creative process and enthusiasm for emerging trends in digital, design, and technology
- Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about client experience, brand storytelling, and delivering exceptional outcomes
