Are you an experienced Account Manager or Client Partner ready to lead high-impact relationships and drive creative project success?A leading creative studio is looking for a strategic and confident individual to take ownership of key client partnerships and oversee the delivery of innovative work that inspires and performs.What you’ll be doing:
  • Leading and nurturing client relationships as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Developing and executing account plans to grow relationships and deliver long-term value
  • Overseeing the delivery of creative, digital, and technical projects - ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align client objectives with creative and production capabilities
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, presenting strategic solutions to client challenges
  • Managing account budgets and forecasts, ensuring profitability and resource efficiency
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and reporting - clearly communicating project impact and business value
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and client market movements
  • Ensuring all client-facing communications reflect the company’s standards, values, and strategic direction
What we’re looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Client Partner, or similar within a creative, marketing, or digital agency
  • Proven success in managing and growing client accounts with a strong track record of client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire trust across all levels
  • Strategic mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Financial understanding, including managing budgets, reporting, and resource planning
  • Good understanding of the creative process and enthusiasm for emerging trends in digital, design, and technology
  • Organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about client experience, brand storytelling, and delivering exceptional outcomes
