We’re looking for a kind, consistent, and skilled Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in a Newcastle secondary school.This is about more than learning—it’s about building trust, offering reassurance, and giving students the tools to thrive in their own way.Your day-to-day will include:Supporting a named pupil in lessons, following their EHCPAdapting tasks to meet learning needsEncouraging engagement and building confidenceLiaising with the SENCO and class teacher to track progressWhy this role matters:
