- Support and guide colleagues in using Dynamics 365.
- Oversee ServiceNow tickets and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure business systems are used effectively and efficiently.
- Manage change requests and work closely with the IT department.
- Plan and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Maintain up-to-date process maps and user guides.
