Our client is looking for a Conveyancing ParalegalManage a caseload of residential (and/or commercial) conveyancing transactions under the supervision of a solicitor.Prepare and process legal documents, including missives, dispositions, standard securities, and LBTT returns.Carry out title examinations using Registers of Scotland (RoS) systems such as ScotLIS and ARTL (or Register Land & Sasines as required).Draft and submit registration applications via the RoS online portal.Conduct due diligence including property searches, examination of title deeds, and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to progress transactions efficiently.Maintain accurate case records, financial ledgers, and document management systems in line with Law Society of Scotland guidelines.Assist solicitors in preparing reports on title and other documentation for clients and lenders.Dundee Great firmProven experience handling conveyancing transactions in Scotland.Strong knowledge of the Scottish conveyancing process, Land Registration (Scotland) Act 2012, and relevant legal frameworks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Proficient in using legal software and digital registration systems (e.g., RoS, LBTT portal, case management systems).Desirable:Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.Familiarity with dual representation and lender requirements.Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines.A leading firmA competitive salary and excellent working environment
