Location: BromboroughStatus: PermanentHours: 37.5Rate of pay: 14.30 per hour(job subject to 6-month internal probationary period).Team LeaderWe are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader to support one of our Bromborough Services. This service provides intensive support to 8 individuals within a residential setting providing care on a one-to-one basis to enhance general life skills.The postholder will assist the Operational Service Manager to provide sound leadership and day to day running of the staff team to deliver a person centric service and deliver innovative strategies to meet the needs of our People.   • To ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to the people.
  • To lead a team of support workers to establish and maintain a high standard of care practice within the Residential Services.
  • Ensure an effective, responsive, caring and safe service for the individuals we support.
  • Actively promote an autism-specific culture through effective work practices and identify any additional support needs.
  • To ensure accurate records and reporting systems.

Hours of work Typically, On a rota working between the hours of 7.30 till 10pm.
