Hours: Shifts - 9.00am to 5.30pm and 10am to 7pmWe're looking for a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Call Centre Representative to join our client's team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in generating high-quality appointments for Sales Advisers and building strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate qualified appointments.
- Follow up on leads from various sources including online enquiries, coupon responses, and our lead database.
- Maximise appointment conversion rates through effective communication and persuasive techniques.
- Accurately log information into our CRM and ensure brochures and materials are sent promptly.
- Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Call Centre Manager.
- Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to identify customer needs and handle objections confidently.
- Previous experience in a call centre or sales environment is desirable.
- Competent in using CRM systems and accurate data entry.
- Excellent customer service focus.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed targets.
- Friendly and professional telephone manner.
- A quick learner with a willingness to continuously improve and grow.
