Engineering ManagerThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join a well known Tier 1 contractor working on a large civil engineering/Infrastructure framework.The company is a well know Tier 1 contractor who operate nationwide throughout the UK and have a number of Regional offices. Your role as an Engineering Manager you will joining an award winning business, you will be a strong leader with strong design and engineering knowledge/experience. This role is to be based in the Essex area.

- Lead the team
- Ensure compliance
- Reviews
- Weekly meetings
- Reporting
- Review design and advise on any changes required
- Manage change process and advise of any change to minimise cost
- Provide technical supportExperience required for this Engineering Manager role:
- Experience in a similar role
- Degree or HND
- Flexibility to fit business needs
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team member s
- MUST have driving license
- CSCS cardPackage offered for this Engineering Manager role:- Basic Salary up to £83,000 depending on experience
