An independent construction consultancy in Liverpool is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to help deliver a range of education and heritage sector projects. The Project Manager will join a passionate team who are committed to delivering meaningful schemes across the North West. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager looking for long-term progression in a supportive environment.The successful Project Manager will oversee projects from feasibility to completion, working directly with end users, local authorities, and funders. The Project Manager will be trusted to take ownership of multiple schemes and build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders.The Project Manager’s roleThe Project Manager will manage refurbishment and new build schemes across primary, secondary, and higher education settings, alongside listed building work in the heritage sector.
