  • Deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical, and building services maintenance at client sites.
  • Carry out fault finding, repairs, planned maintenance, and installations.
  • Support ISS’s mission to be the world’s greatest service organisation by enabling customer success through empowered service delivery.
  • Focus on providing exceptional building services to meet client expectations and maintain site standards.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
  • City & Guilds 2230 Level 3 OR NVQ 2356/2357 OR City & Guilds 2330 Level 3 in Electrical Installation OR AM1 and AM2
  • City & Guilds 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations (BS:7671:2018) preferable with A2 amendment
  • Preferred (not mandatory): City & Guilds or equivalent in Inspection & Testing (2394/2395), Electrical to Mechanical Conversion (EMC), JIB accredited, IPAF/PASMA
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Extensive electrical building services maintenance including fault finding, repairs, installation, and inspection/testing
  • Strong background in reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) within FM or commercial building services
  • Proven experience working under strict Health & Safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements
