
Supply Chain Administrator

- Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory and shipment tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any logistical issues.
- Support the preparation and processing of purchase orders and invoices.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on supply chain requirements.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management tasks.
- Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements within the supply chain.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support the supply chain and business operations.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using supply chain or inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
- Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Competitive salary of £26000 per annum.
- Training program to progress to Supply Chain Manager.
