The Supply Chain Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of supply chain processes within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent position based in Caldicot offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-structured and supportive team environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including inventory and shipment tracking.

  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management tasks.

  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the supply chain and business operations.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using supply chain or inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Competence in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
