We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.What You'll Bring:We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our growing team.Day to Day You’ll BeUses business software applications (e.g. word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.; may prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquires.Receives, screens and directs incoming calls/visitors, mail and email as required.Maintains files and recordsArrange business travel, within the UK and international • Diary management • Coordinates meeting arrangementsCo-ordinating the organisation of business functions, and some social events for the teamComplete expense submissions on behalf of leadership team • Invoice creation/administrationProduction of presentations and board reportsEssential Skills & Experience:Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions and prioritiseHighest level of confidentiality, integrity, professionalismExcellent organisational and administrative skills • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint skillsA proactive and flexible approach to workAbility to liaise at an executive level and to work under pressureAble to form professional relationships with people at all levelsStrong attention to detailOpen, honest and diplomaticAble to manage a busy workloadImpact You'll Make:What’s In It For you?
