
Inside Sales/Customer Service Coordinator 12 month FTC

Your primary tasks will be:
- Regular communication and collaboration between the business and customers.
- Provide strong and competent support for Area Sales Managers.
- Work collaboratively with our Internal Sales Team, Planning Team and Finance Teams.
- Responsible for all customer transactions in our Business systems.
- Coordinating and 'onboarding' of new business.
- Responsible for all forecasting transactions and customer forecasting analysis.
- Responsible for price calculations and quotations for customers
- Proactively supporting the sales team with administration tasks to support sales growth.
You know how to organise your own workday and you have the will to succeed. You take full accountability of your workload to ensure quality in handling all tasks from start to finish. Furthermore:
- Ability to establish customer needs/requirements, and provide support to achieve these.
- Strong IT competencies, including a high level with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
- You structure your work and manage to keep track of all actives without losing sight of details
- You are a service-minded team player with lots of initiative, and good at communicating at all levels.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced, internal sales office environment.
