- Assisting and supporting the wider Restructuring Team.
- Preparing engagement letters and documents.
- Preparing letters and reports for shareholders and other stakeholders.
- Preparing data for KPI's.
- Ensuring assigned diary lines are completed within the deadline.
- Inputting data onto the internal systems.
- General case administration including raising bills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills essential.
- Deals with client staff and shareholders in a confident and professional manner.
- Focussed on client care and providing excellent service.
- Responds to client requests for information promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
- Has the ability to gain information from client staff in connection with part of assignment being worked on.
- Establishes positive working relationships with rest of the national team.
- Maintains working relationships with RSM colleagues in their local office / region.
- Demonstrates awareness of and implements RSM national operating procedures manual and processes.
- Recognises when information provided by client is incomplete and takes steps to rectify this.
