An opportunity has arisen to join a growing business on a permanent basis as an HR Coordinator. This role is office based, required 5 days on site in Central Oxford.The HR Coordinator will:
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring that new members of staff have an excellent experience before they step through the doors.
  • Manage background screening for all employees, including right to work checks and referencing.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR matters, working closely with the rest of the team to identify potential issues early on.
  • Maintain the accuracy of the data stored in the systems (BambooHR) with a goal of 100% accuracy
  • Work with senior members of the team to analyse this data and understand trends.
  • Support on a wide range of planned (and ad-hoc!) projects within the HR team.
