- Take ownership of the onboarding process, ensuring that new members of staff have an excellent experience before they step through the doors.
- Manage background screening for all employees, including right to work checks and referencing.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR matters, working closely with the rest of the team to identify potential issues early on.
- Maintain the accuracy of the data stored in the systems (BambooHR) with a goal of 100% accuracy
- Work with senior members of the team to analyse this data and understand trends.
- Support on a wide range of planned (and ad-hoc!) projects within the HR team.
- A CIPD Level 3 OR experience working within HR
- A love for process efficiency
