The team advises on a broad spectrum of real estate matters and is particularly active in development and land transactions across Scotland.Experience
  • A minimum of 8 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial property
  • Background in site assembly, real estate development and strategic land transactions
  • Knowledge of overage provisions, clawback agreements and related commercial documentation
Skills
  • Ability to manage projects from initial instruction to completion
  • Comfortable advising clients directly and handling multiple priorities
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation capabilities
