The firm is searching for a 2+PQE Pensions Solicitor who will take on exciting and innovative work with some of the most high-profile pension clients in the UK.As a key member of the team, you will gain exposure to the full range of pension work, including public sector and private pensions, automatic enrolment, regulation and tax and pension disputes, to name a few. This organisation has a large, stable client base, which means the work will continue to be engaging and diverse as you progress within the company.Ideally, the right candidate will be an:
- Be part of the Law Society of Scotland or SRA registered
- An exceptional team player, who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively
- A strong willingness to learn and a real passion for the Pension practice area
- Previous experience working in a related practice area concerning contentious matters, transactions and giving relevant advice
