Junior Project Engineer

- Assist with the planning and execution of projects and monitor from start to finish
- Manage project scope, quality, compliance and ensure they meet specification
- Working with sales to fully understand and communicate project scope discussing any changes and adding cost where necessary
- Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and provide regular updates and status
- them in the field
- Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations
- Identify and manage project risks and issues monitoring budget, schedule, plans and performance
- Work with production, quality and installation teams and support on projects
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure all drawings are correct, bills of materials are accurate,
- Procedure and ensure parts are delivered on time and the project is installed and commissioned on time to required standard
- Assist the team in running an efficient project, manufacturing and site that complies to regulatory requirements
- Hold an Engineering related degree
- Previous background in managing multiple engineering projects simultaneously
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent time management, communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD
- Confident knowledge across mechanical and electrical engineering
- Any experience of water, pumping or processing equipment would be of great interest
- Ideally experience of NEC 3 contracts
