Land & Rural SolicitorOne of Scotland's leading Land & Rural teams is seeking a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, with between 1 and 4 Years' PQE to join its Tayside team, based in either Perth, Cupar or Forfar.As part of this team, you will advise landowners, estates, farmers and rural businesses, on matters ranging from:
  • Rural property transactions
  • Renewables and diversification
  • Crofting and agricultural law
  • Succession and business structures
  • Land management access
This team is seeking a candidate with between 1 and 4 Years' PQE in Rural/Agricultural property law and is open to considering candidates with experience in only some of the above areas and will provide first-rate training in areas of lacking experience.A strong passion for Rural law and sector as a whole, an eagerness to be involved in business development and a strong attention to detail are all pre-requisites for this role, as this team firmly believes it is required to provide the strongest-level of client service possible.As the successful candidate, you can look to receive:
