Alexander James Recruiting is seeking an individual with a hands on approach to work as a Framer for a highly successful sporting goods business based in the West Midlands.   • Frame all incoming, sporting orders to a consistently high standard, ensuring accuracy, presentation, and timely dispatch
  • Stock Preparation: Frame and photograph new stock items for website listings and promotional use
  • Quality Assurance: Check every framed piece before dispatch to meet strict quality and presentation standards
  • Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly framing targets
  • Inspect and prepare all framed memorabilia to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Pack items securely and professionally, using the correct materials.
  • Be prepared to work beyond regular hours when needed to ensure urgent orders and high volumes are handled without delays. Show initiative in this regard to ensure productivity is maintained
RequirementsAs a framer you must be a practical individual with a hands on approach and high attention to detail. The position requires careful, yet efficient work to a high standard and you must show an appreciation of this. It is also crucial that you’re an individual who takes initiative and ownership of your work and in this respect you show a willingness to work overtime when required in order to ensure the framing within the warehouse is kept on top of. Experience is completely open, though an individual from another warehouse environment, seeking a change or similar may be of interest.Benefits
