- Month-End Close: Lead process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Reconciliations: Perform and review balance sheet reconciliations per standards.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with teams to deliver insights and support decisions.
- AP Oversight: Support Accounts Payable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Systems & Tools: Use Sage 50; leverage BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for analysis.
- Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to strengthen processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in healthcare sector (preferred)
- Strong technical proficiency in Sage 50, BI tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and project leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
