- GMC registration and entry on the General Practitioner register
- DBS clearance
- Attendance at healthcare management Course or Management qualification
- Demonstrable experience of urological cancers (2 years or more)
- Ability to translate and integrate evidence-based research/guidelines into the development of local diagnostic activity
- Demonstrate understanding of current health environment and impact of current government/regional policy developments
- Ability to lead within multiprofessional working within an organisation and across organisational boundaries
- Demonstrate leading innovative practice development and evidence of significant achievements gained
- Previous experience of formal presentations to multi professional group
- Evidence of commitment to education and training e.g. educational supervisor, courses and/or setting up an educational programme
- Evidence of publications as both primary and secondary author
- Evidence of managing clinical services and /or multiprofessional teams
- Evidence of successful change management
- The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with patients, relatives and colleagues and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team across management and clinical disciplines, grades and abilities
- The ability to work in a team of different disciplines
