Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of 15 - 22 people.
  • Support children and young people with disabilities and their families.
  • The role involves assessing needs, managing risks, and providing tailored interventions to ensure children's safety, wellbeing, and access to appropriate services.
  • Assessment and Planning.
  • Safeguarding and Risk Management.
  • Support and Advocacy.
  • Multi-agency collaboration.
  • Record keeping and reporting.
  • Compliance and development.
Requirements:
  • Social Work Degree or equivalent
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Social Work England registered
Experience:
  • Children
