Horizon House / Community, Northern Ireland Children’s HospiceRoleThe post holder will carry out tasks as delegated by a registered nurse within their scope of practice for which they will have been trained and assessed as competent. They will assist in the delivery of a high-quality service by providing safe, compassionate and patient-centred care which meets the needs of the children and their families. They will work as part of the care team in either the in-house or community setting with or without direct supervision. The post-holder will be required to hold Northern Ireland Social Care Council
