Learn more about what sets us apart .About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our London-based Flexible Office Solutions team as a Flexible Office Agent. This role is crucial in supporting the team's primary function of acquiring flexible office space for occupier clients. The position will primarily focus on London but will also involve some work in the wider UK markets. Specifically, the role will concentrate on handling enquiries for office spaces catering for requirements up to five desks, this can range from start-ups to Global organisations.What you will be responsible forLead Management:Promptly respond to incoming leads with initial contact.Qualify leads and direct them to appropriate team members when necessary.Client Needs Analysis and Reporting:Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients seeking flexible office space.Create comprehensive availability reports tailored to each client's specific requirements.Regularly update reports as new options become available or client needs evolve.Client Engagement and Property Viewings:Arrange viewing tours of potential office spaces for clients.Accompany clients on these tours, providing insights and answering questions.Follow up with clients after viewings to gather feedback and refine search criteria.Negotiation Support:Assist senior team members in negotiations with flexible office space providers.Help prepare offer letters and term sheets.Understand and communicate the nuances of flexible office agreements to clients.Post-Deal Process Management:Guide clients through the post-deal process, ensuring a smooth transition.Coordinate with providers on move-in logistics, IT setup, and other client needs.Conduct post-move check-ins to ensure client satisfaction.Team Support and Market Intelligence:Assist the wider Flexible Office Solutions team with ad-hoc work and projects.Attend new building launches and industry events to stay current on market trends.Continuously update knowledge of new office availability and market intelligence.Contribute to team meetings and strategy sessions with market insights.Relationship Building:Develop and maintain relationships with flexible office space providers.Network with industry professionals to expand Knight Frank's market presence.Cultivate long-term relationships with clients for potential future business.What experience you will needWhile no previous office brokerage experience is mandatory, the ideal candidate will possess:Customer-facing sales experience, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a sales-oriented role.Familiarity with the London commercial property market (preferred but not required)A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to build a career in commercial property.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to enter the exciting world of commercial real estate.Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
