It can be managed remotely with the need to travel around the UK and Europe when required.As a key player in a dynamic and evolving business, you'll be instrumental in delivering operational excellence across existing and new client contracts - supporting growth, service quality, and innovation in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities will include:
- Leading and developing fulfilment operations across employed and self-employed teams
- Ensuring service excellence across all fulfilment contracts
- Acting as the escalation point for operational issues and lead resolution
- Coordinating large operational projects and managing external contractors
- Working closely with the Sales department to support new business and generate revenue growth
- Creating and delivering training for operational teams
- Conducting customer visits and ensure client satisfaction
- Managing and interpreting operational data to drive performance
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
- HNC, NVQ or relevant technical accreditation
- Full UK Driving Licence & Valid Passport
- Experience with ERP systems would be an advantage
