Key Responsibilities 

Complete our Recruiter Development Programme as part of the apprenticeship scheme.
Build and manage relationships with clients and candidates.
Source, screen, interview, and manage offers for candidates.
Engage in business development activities to drive growth and exceed targets.
Learn recruitment legislation, compliance, and strategic resourcing using social platforms.
Develop negotiation and sales skills tailored to recruitment.
