- Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons
- Running small group or one-to-one interventions
- Helping children with additional needs access learning
- Preparing resources and supporting classroom organisation
- Promoting positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Nurturing pupils’ emotional wellbeing and social skills
✅ Experience working in a UK school setting (EYFS, KS1, or KS2)
✅ A patient, positive, and proactive approach
✅ Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
