- Oversee financial reporting, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor accounting and finance team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial efficiency and processes.
- Manage cash flow and financial risk assessments.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Knowledge of financial regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate financial insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- A competitive salary of approximately £70000 - £75000 per annum DOE.
