- Strategic Planning and Prioritisation - Proven experience leading and embedding organisation-wide strategic planning and prioritisation processes, ensuring alignment to strategic goals and enabling evidence-based decision-making
- Supporting Performance and Outcomes - Experience supporting executives and senior leaders to develop, track, and evaluate organisational KPIs or OKRs within a performance framework, using insight and analysis to drive improvement and impact
- Risk Management Expertise - Proven ability to design, implement, and oversee organisational risk management frameworks, embedding risk awareness and appetite thinking into strategic decision-making and planning
- Analytical and Strategic Insight - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations using performance measurement and reporting tools
- Stakeholder Influence and Engagement - Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders and Boards constructively, and to build consensus across complex, multi-stakeholder environments
