​Key Role Responsibilities:As an Logistics Assistant, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team. Your key responsibilities will include:​
  • Being a representative of the Vindis Group to all customers at all times.
  • Interacting consultatively and professionally with your colleagues in the wider business, to ensure that vehicles are collected and delivered in a logistically considered manner; and within the timeframes agreed.
  • Delivering upon the expectations of the customer experience, as per the training and guidance given.
  • Maintaining all records in a complete and accurate manner.
  • Liaising with the Service Department and assisting with the logistics of the day to day movements of the service vehicles on site.
​Prerequisites:
  • Previous relevant experience preferable
  • Full UK driving licence required
