- Identify and deliver new business opportunities across grocery, convenience, and foodservice channels.
- Ensure operational excellence across forecasting, supply chain, and trade investment.
- Current MD, CEO, or Country Manager with a track record of delivering growth in a branded food or drinks FMCG business.
- Career progression from sales and marketing roles, demonstrating deep commercial expertise.
- Proven success in sales and marketing, with direct experience managing Top 4 UK grocery retailers.
- Track record of delivering revenue growth, margin improvement, and brand development.
- Experienced in managing and scaling teams, with strong leadership skills.
