- Provide full secretarial support to the Managing Director and senior management team.
- Audio dictation and management of correspondence.
- Management of emails and relevant filing of such.
- Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Booking of travel, accommodation, restaurants, and other reservations.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and coordination.
- Liaising with the senior management team and colleagues to review, sign and issue contractual documents.
- Manage and coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Generate and update reports using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Creation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets.
- Liaison with colleagues, clients and suppliers.
- Perform general administrative support and ad hoc duties as needed.
- Managing and submitting expenses.
- Understanding of company policy and processes and adherence in both client and internal environments.
- Assisting with the creation and amendments of quotations and valuations.
- Ensure that all client requirements are dealt with or escalated in a timely fashion to meet established goals and objectives.
- Assisting with client support and management.
- Any personal tasks as assigned by the directors.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Confident in building positive working relationships across the company.
