If you are the successful candidate, you will deliver a high quality and professional customer service to everyone who interacts with any of our Library services. You will form part of the University Library Enquiries team where you will answer customer queries in person, over the phone and in an online environment. You will be expected to move between sites if required.Salary is between £24,900 to £26,338 pro rata per annum.
