
E-Commerce Assistant

- Process and manage online orders from platforms such as Amazon and Debenhams and our own e-commerce store.
- Coordinate order dispatches to retailers and directly to end customers.
- Liaise with couriers and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Producing reports to help to Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment.
- Support product listings updating descriptions, images, and pricing as needed.
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat or e-commerce platform messaging systems.
- Handle returns, refunds and customer service cases efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in compiling sales and performance reports from online channels.
- Identify and escalate any issues affecting order flow or customer experience.
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, retail, or fulfilment-based role preferred.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or similar.
- Understanding of direct-to-consumer fulfilment and customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good computer literacy comfortable using Microsoft Business Central, Excel, order management systems, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience working with 3PLs or warehousing systems.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Understanding of product data optimisation (keywords, SEO, etc.) for e-commerce.
- An interest or experience in AI and Image P/M
