Position: We are seeking Procurement Admin Support to be based at our Thurso, Stornoway or Fort William campus.Responsibilities: The post holders will be responsible for providing procurement and administrative support to the Estates & Campus Services teams. You will provide support to the planning and execution of the team's procurement exercises, contract management, liaise with contractors and monitor contract expenditure.Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The suitable candidates will have experience of working in a professional office environment and dealing with people in a customer service/facing position. You will have good IT skills and the ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and processes would be desirable.A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.Benefits of working for us:
