📄 Contract Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Temporary / Permanent (Flexible depending on school needs)
💰 Salary: £110 - £135.50 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)Are you passionate about languages and education? Do you have the confidence to lead a classroom and inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4?Link3 Recruitment are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor with a Modern Foreign Languages specialism to work across a network of welcoming and high-achieving secondary schools in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, language graduates, or experienced educators looking to make an impact.About the Role:
  • Supervise and deliver pre-set lessons in the absence of Class Teachers, primarily in French, Spanish or German
  • Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment
  • Support students with language tasks and promote a love for language learning
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding student progress and engagement
  • Work flexibly across departments when MFL cover is not required
We Are Looking For:
  • A strong background or qualification in French, Spanish or German (essential)
  • Prior experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting (preferred)
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt quickly
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
