- Proven experience in residential estate agency (Branch Manager level essential)
- Strong team leadership and sales management abilities
- Track record of winning instructions and converting valuations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organised, target-driven, and commercially minded
- Passion for property and commitment to customer service
- Well-presented, confident, and articulate
- Full UK driving licence and own car required
- OTE up to £60,000
