  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads via phone, email and video
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule product demos
  • Track activity and pipeline progress in CRM systems
  • Follow up at key buying stages to boost conversion
  • Hit weekly/monthly KPIs and collaborate with sales teams
  • Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoom, Apollo, Sales Navigator

  • Excellent communication and virtual selling skills
