- Enhance and simplify sales processes for better efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Sales) to improve workflows and reporting.
- Ensure accurate customer data in partnership with CRM and Data teams.
- Train users on CRM tools and promote best practices.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales and Finance teams.
- Use data to identify trends and support revenue forecasting.
- Maintain visibility into the sales pipeline and performance metrics.
- Create and share regular reports to support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Support sales teams with opportunity management and documentation.
- Assist with complex deals and ensure correct deal structures.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to reduce customer risk.
- Offer strategic insights to sales leadership.
- Build strong relationships with sales leaders and team members.
- Lead readiness efforts for new tools and processes.
- Contribute to strategic projects that improve business efficiency.
- Document and share process improvements clearly and accessibly.
