Private Client SolicitorG2 Legal are pleased to be partnering with our esteemed client on its search for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its team based in South Manchester.The firm is a well-established, leading Legal500 Law Firm with a highly regarded Private Client department who is expanding its team and looking to welcome a passionate Private Client Solicitor.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure to a diverse range of high-quality private client matters, within a team of highly knowledgeable and dedicated Legal Professionals.Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters including Will drafting, Estate administration, PoA, LPA’s, Probate etc
  • Collaborate with the wider team on complex, high-value matters
  • Support and mentor junior employees as necessary
  • Conduct legal administrative duties such as legal research, legal drafting, file management etc
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (3+PQE) OR CILEX Qualified
  • Strong technical experience in Private Client advising on Wills, Estate Administration, Probate, Tax mitigation, Trusts, Powers of Attorney etc
  • STEP Qualified
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
