We have two extraordinary opportunities for Continuous Improvement Specialists to join our Worldpanel Division on a fixed terms contract until June 2022.

The purpose of the roles is to support the organisation in advancing operational excellence and delivering against strategic goals through the identification of opportunities for improvement and efficiency. As part of the Kantar Transformation program you will work across a range of projects and initiatives leading business users globally in identifying, analysing and developing plans for process improvement. You will assess the current business process and ways of working mapping the flow, including inputs and outputs, and recommend ways to improve efficiency, increase quality and reduce cost. You will introduce metrics to monitor the new processes to ensure they deliver the intended efficiencies.

KEY OUTCOMES
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across Worldpanel’s 40+ countries to develop and implement efficiencies in operational processes.
  • Carry out analysis of specific business processes and provide effective solutions for improvement through a combination of streamlining, automation or organisational change.
  • Work effectively in running remote workshops and forming virtual teams to identify, analyse and deliver effective change and drive continued improvement in efficiency of core operational processes and systems
  • Manage key stakeholders to gain their trust and buy-in to the projects, from inception through to implementation
  • Bring experience to lead the questioning of existing business processes to identify pinch points and use best practice thinking and methodologies to land effective positive change
  • Work with the Transformation team to define and implement a standard approach to efficiency improvement and measurement across the business
  • Create a positive attitude and questioning culture within the organisation to facilitate acceptance of change and new business processes.
CAPABILITIES
  • Strong personal impact and influencing skills with a proven ability to engage people to work with you and each other
  • Confident in business process design with strong analytical capabilities
  • Strong facilitation skills demonstrated through experience of running business process improvement workshops or similar
  • A real passion for the subject matter, curiosity, and desire to question current ways of working to improve processes
  • Excellent knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six-Sigma etc) enabling self-sufficiency and autonomy in process improvement
  • Experience of managing multiple stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, ideally in the context of implementing major operational change
  • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities to aid in the automation of processes desirable
  • Strong IT skills, including process mapping / analysis tools (e.g. Visio, Excel, Project)
  • Comfortable working virtually and across different countries
