We are working with a mid-sized organisation to appoint an Early Careers Recruitment Manager. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of early talent programmes while leading and developing a small team.The role:
  • Design and deliver graduate, intern, and apprenticeship recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and mentor a small early careers recruitment team.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast and deliver on hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with universities, schools, and external partners.
  • Drive improvements in candidate experience, diversity outcomes, and employer brand.
The ideal candidate:
  • Proven track record in early careers / campus recruitment.
  • Experience managing and developing a small team.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial awareness.
  • Exposure to STEM hiring (graduates, apprentices, or technical roles) is essential.
  • London-based, with the ability to be in the office 3 days per week.
