As a Hygiene Team Member, you will play a key role in upholding the quality, legality, and authenticity of company standards, helping customers achieve exceptional results through a shared passion for people and food.   • Conduct duties in a manner that safeguards your own safety and the safety of others.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Health & Safety and Hygiene procedures.
  • Perform scheduled daily cleaning tasks.
  • Clean processing equipment and production lines to meet required hygiene standards, verified through sample testing.
  • Conduct deep cleaning of production areas as needed.
  • Complete post-cleaning checks to ensure thoroughness.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork.
  • Ensure that cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times.
  • Report any incidents or environmental concerns to the line manager.
  • Notify the quality manager/supervisor of any issues that may compromise food safety or product quality.
  • Carry out any other reasonable instructions given by the quality manager.
Desired Criteria:
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent planning and organisational abilities.
