- Manage Active Directory users, computers, and groups for seamless remote management.
- Provide support for VPN connectivity, assisting users with setup and troubleshooting.
- Understand the fundamentals of Citrix and VDIs to support remote desktop environments.
- Possess basic network and domain knowledge to address connectivity and access issues.
- Utilize Mobile Device Management tools such as JAMF and Intune to manage and secure mobile devices.
- Support two-factor authentication systems, including Okta, RSA, and NetIQ, to enhance security protocols.
- Provide exceptional support to users, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage various support tasks simultaneously.
