What you'll do As part of their collaborative and supportive team you will: Deliver high-quality social work services to adults in need across Oban, Lorn & the Isles. Carry out strengths-based assessments and develop personalised care plans. Coordinate referrals and liaise with other services to ensure joined-up support. Promote independence and wellbeing through community-based solutions. Travel to island communities within the service area (accommodation and travel support provided). What Argyll & Bute are looking for A qualified and registered Social Worker (SSSC). Experience in adult services or community care settings. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel is an essential part of this role). Strong communication, assessment and decision-making skills.
