- Build strong working relationships across the business
- Be the go-to person for information system excellence and troubleshooting
- Provide training support and coordinate future system development, as well as providing business intelligence and data insights and trends
- Lead best practice sharing and continuous improvement projects across FM
- Assist and support each contract area to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions as required
- A Strong communicator - able to influence, negotiate, and bring a positive, can-do approach
- Adept with software and systems - confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and systems such as CAFM, job management and invoicing tools
- Organised and efficient - skilled at managing time, priorities and deadlines independently
- A good relationship builder - able to work with a wide range of internal teams and external partners
- A creative problem solver - innovative and resourceful when tackling challenges
- Detail-oriented - ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
- Flexible and mobile - full UK driving licence required, with travel to other sites
- Salary £37,225.59
