
Contracts Manager

- Manage multiple construction contracts from pre-construction through to final handover.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee site managers and ensure effective day-to-day site operations.
- Maintain close communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare and monitor project programmes, progress reports, and cost forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies.
- Visit sites regularly (predominantly in the North West, with some national travel as required).
- Proven experience in a similar role with a Main Contractor
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong commercial awareness and contract administration knowledge.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of construction methods, technical specifications, and building regulations.
- Full, clean UK driver's licence
