We're looking for someone who can combine their knowledge of fitness with strong interpersonal skills in a dynamic and fun team setting.As a Fitness Coach at Anytime ?, you'll be a key part of our member journey-mentoring clients, leading effective sessions, and promoting training services while delivering exceptional customer care.Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness consultations for new and existing members, including movement assessments and body scans
- Lead follow-up appointments to maintain ongoing training services and retain coaching clients
- Inspire, qualify, and convert leads into long-term members and personal training clients
- Drive member engagement through local outreach and national campaign support
- Provide outstanding customer service and positively impact each person you meet
- Ensure the gym floor and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Foster a friendly, supportive environment where all members feel welcomed and encouraged
- Appear confidently on social media to engage our audience and promote services
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a fitness or membership-based environment
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification required; Level 3 Personal Trainer preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality with a natural flair for motivating others
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to sell and promote services effectively
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
- Competency with digital tools like iPads, laptops, Microsoft Office, and fitness tech (e.g., body scanners)
- Confident on the gym floor, engaging with members, and representing the brand during outreach activities
- Commitment to ensuring the club meets 100% compliance with cleanliness and brand standards
