They have seen rapid growth over the last few years and are continuing to dominate their industry.In this varied role, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and overseeing all health and safety across the department, managing a team of 53 and ensuring all day-to-day operations run safely and effectively.This would suit someone with management and H&S experience from a building services / engineering / construction / manufacturing background looking for a highly autonomous role.The Role:
- Overseeing day-today management of manufacturing site.
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance of all operations.
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager.
- Management experience
- Background in Health & Safety procedures and legislation (ideally NEBOSH qualified)
- Commutable to Oxfordshire.
